Frequently asked questions

1. Can I watch the class?

As our classrooms are on the smaller side, we cannot have parents inside the room unless necessary, however we do have a large window with seating for parents to watch outside the classroom.

2. Is there an end of year concert?

Absolutely! Our end of year concert will be held at Buckley Hall at Ivanhoe Grammar School to showcase what our amazing dancers have been working towards all year.

3. How do I enroll?

You can enrol via our Client Portal. https://aus.iclasspro.com/portal/ivanhoe/dashboard

4. I haven’t danced before, does that matter?

No. All classes and levels at Ivanhoe Dance require no dance experience, that’s what we’re here for!

5. Can we try a class first?

Yes, you are welcome to attend a trial class before enrolling. Just email enquiries@ivanhoedance.com.au to book it in.

6. Am I able to join my child part way through the year?

Enrolments are open throughout the whole year. Join us in one of our many classes.

7. Do you have to wear a uniform?

Uniforms are required in each style of dance. Uniforms show visibility, allow freedom of movement and show a sense of uniformity within the dancers.
